through it and take what's best for you. No one knows your body better
You'll bumble along like we all did, trying different things, working
into a diet that's right for us.
Don't let other's isms and ideologies effect your decisions about what
is healthiest for YOUR body.
Figure out what you want your diet to do for you (ie, body building or
yoga or slimming, etc) and from there, read lots, try lots and smile
Don't' ever let your body's nourishment frighten you, worry you or cause
you to obsess.
Be relaxed and choose your foods according to how they make you feel in
your journey to great health.
