Many more fruits than the four listed here are considered some of the healthiest fruits we can eat. Those might include apples, grapes pears and oranges. What is "healthiest" depends on a number of factors. A diabetic may not be advised to consume as much natural sugar as a person who is not diabetic. Heart diets might suggest eating fruits early in the day with breakfast or lunch to allow the sugars to digest fully before retiring.
